Phone service suspended

Hi

i had my service suspended yesterday morning as my Direct debit failed( for no reason??) so I went into my account and paid the bill. Service should have been resumed in 24 hours apparently but still nothing?? Can’t phone 789 or free Virgin help numbers so what the hell is going on????

Call on 150 (VM landline or mobile) or 0345 454 1111 on any other provider.
Or call into your local VM High Street store and speak to the manager in there (Take i.d. and account details)
