Package pricing misleading

Hello I'm quite upset at the situation my mother has been put in, earlier this month her contract was due to run out and she was paying £33per month for 100mb, since she doesn't need such speed as it is quite pricey she phoned hoping to reduce her speed and price or leave. She opted to leave but was phoned back by the retention team for a new offer at £26 per month with 50mb. She accepted however I have come to notice on the contract she had a loyalty discount due to end in December,  after which the price increase will be MORE than if she just kept her previous contract. she told me this was never mentioned during the call from the team and I feel like she has been taken advantage of and want to know if there is a way to revert to her previous contract from 2 weeks ago.

Re: Package pricing misleading

You may be lucky in that you have a 14 day cooling off period and they may be slightly lenient.

other than that try claiming it was mis sold.

IF i have helped you, please give me kudos / mark me as helpful, thanks
