Package not updated

I'm having a very frustrating problem. I've had three phonecalls all over an hour and a promise of resolution but basically have been lied to because it hasn't been done. My new contract for the ultimate oomph bundle was meant to start on June 20th. My package didn't update so now I'm paying full price for the old deal and services. No one seems to be able to perform the simple task of switching my package to the new services as per my contract.

What package were you on previously, and what HUB version do you have?

I take it when you sign into your account it still shows as the old package?

So is it just the fact that there is no speed increase seen when doing speedtests?

Out of interest what speeds do you get when using speedof.me ?

And is this on a wired connection, rather than wireless?

It's probably worth contacting (texting) VM on 07533 051809 to see if you can get any help.
