I'm having a very frustrating problem. I've had three phonecalls all over an hour and a promise of resolution but basically have been lied to because it hasn't been done. My new contract for the ultimate oomph bundle was meant to start on June 20th. My package didn't update so now I'm paying full price for the old deal and services. No one seems to be able to perform the simple task of switching my package to the new services as per my contract.
