Hi, my outside virgin box has broken and the wires are all exposed, am I able to have this fixed or replaced please?

Best bet is to contact VM and have an engineer attend.
Contact customer services either by phone or chat online or WhatsApp.
Phone: 0345 4541111
Chat: virginmedia.com/broadband/deals (wait on page for a second or two and the chat badge should appear on the right hand side)
Whatsapp: +44 7305 327112 (add this number as a contact, start a new conversation in WhatsApp, find the contact and begin your chat)
