Outside brown box

Hi somebody has knicked cover off brown box outside phoned virgin they said it would cost £99 scandalous I'm a pensioner also it's not on my property its on the flats no way could I pay £99 for something I haven't done .

This should be done by VM without cost.  It is their infrastructure to maintain, and it is in their interest to do so.

Hi my brown box cover has been pinched was told by virgin media cost me £99 , accully 2 boxs have been ripped of in the flats where we live its on outside off building which we don't own I am a pensioner can't afford £99 disgracefully I was told this by 2 virgin media representatives.

VM will repair the box for free. You were misinformed by the call taker. A VM staff member will pick up your post within a few days and arrange a technician to fix the problem.
