Outside box broken

My outside box has broken and I've temporarily taped it. Please could an engineer be sent round to replace it so that the wires do not get exposed. Thank you.

Hi ring 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and go down the TV faults route, or wait 3 or 4 days on here for a virgin person to respond. Regards Micky

Most people just use gaffer tape wrapped round to hold the box shut.
