Hello, I ordered my Virgin Media Package on the 30th January 2022, I was due to receive it today (3rd February). However the only email I received was about the confirmation and one more about a credit check.
I need to install broadband quickly as I have a lot of work to catch up on so I am very happy if anyone can help. Thank you
