I'm waiting for a self-install pack with an new hub due to the current hub not being capable of the package speed.
The hub was due to be delivered on the 6th November, but it has not arrived and there is still no tracking reference number for it on the website.
How can I chase up the order?

It's been a few days since your post so we're just checking to see if you have been able to chase this with the team or if the Hub has been delivered since you last posted? We're unable to locate any account details for you based off the information provided when registering for the forums.
