I placed down my order around June 16th and my move-in date for my house is quickly arriving.
I still have yet to receive any updates on my order after they emailed mentioning that the account for the address is already under someone else's name and they need to do a 'full check', and also mentioning that they will contact me closer to the date of my move.
It's been a few weeks and I haven't received any updates and apparently, the phone calls are a nightmare to go through and the outcome isn't great. Is there any way I can get an update on my order?
