I placed a broadband order on 22.08.22 for a new property I am moving in to. I requested the delivery date to be 12.09.22 which is when I moved in to the property. After receiving the order summary and documents that same day I have not received any further information ie confirmation of delivery date or the contract. I also don’t have an account number so it is extremely difficult to get help from you as you always require that. So having heard nothing and the order not being delivered I am unsure what has happened to my order. I hope someone can help.
