The date for your delivery will all depend. If you made the order directly through Virgin Media then the date is usually selected at that point. If not, and you've done it through a third party site, the date will be emailed later to you.
I can have a look at the account to see if there is anything scheduled but have been unable to locate it. I have sent you a private message regarding this and will investigate further once I receive your reply. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right hand side of the page to access your inbox.
