Order and delivery not confirmed

Joining in


I placed an order on Friday and was sent some provisionary emails stating that confirmation would come through.

The confirmation has not came (I've checked my spam). The provisional delivery date was meant to be today but there is no sign of it. 

Anyone able to help?

We're sorry to hear of this issue with your order confirmation and equipment postage, since you haven't got any emails from us in regard to this or the delivery of your equipment could you please ring our Sales team at 0800 183 1234 who can check the status of new orders prior to creating an account with us?
