Only flat in the building that can’t get a connection

Hi, 

I was interested in signing up to Virgin Media, as my current internet speed and any alternate availability is atrocious. The two flats below me both have virgin media and when I go to sign up it says it’s not available in my area. All the flats next to me on both sides either are signed up to virgin or have a connection as well. I’ve been trying to speak to someone about getting a connection but have not been able to get in touch with anyone. 

Can someone please be able to help me with this query!
