Online order made on 2 Jul without any confirmation

We have made an online order with M125 fibre broadband  on 2 Jul , 2023. 
The self setup package should be delivery on 5 July. But till now, we still didn’t get anything from VM. 
We just get order reference number and pre-contract documents. Other then that we got nothing. We tired to call customer service. But we could not reach anyone as we don’t have customer account number.

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734

They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
