Not fixed at all, and only 1 upstream this morning! More than a little peeved.
Thanks for the update, disappointing to see you're still having boot up problems, the latest T3 errors are a bit odd as they all show the same date/time so look to be duplicates of the same error.
The slow boot from Saturday morning is more a cause for concern, though checking back over your connection and network data from the past few days shows no real issues to explain any problems.
It would be helpful if you could leave the hub powered on for a more extended period so we can review if problems occur outside of the initial boot up.

I noticed this is the network log today, and it appeared in my immediate neighbour's log too.
The local area was off earlier today for scheduled maintenance.... but after it came back...
2 days with no error logs and no problems, today it's back....
And still at it, newsgroups connection OK, internet on and off...
