Old pods need connecting to new Hub 5

Hi

I have just received a new Hub 5 due to upgrading to 1gb speed. I had 3 pods connected to 500mb previously but they are not working now. I have tried attaching them when plugged in to the router via ethernet but this doesn't work. Do they need activating remotely via VM?

Yes, although it should be automatic. In some cases, like yours, it doesn't happen.

How long should it take if automatic?

Instant (When your HUB is activated).

However, the "Intelligent" Wifi can take a while to optimise the whole setup apparently .......

Hello pharmacychris.

Sorry you have had to seek help on our community regarding the pods not connecting.

Have they synced now, or do you still need help?

Can you please let us know as we are able to get them connected from here.

We would need to pass security first though.

So just in case you need help, can you check the logo top right of your device.
