Old NTL socket

I’ve recently moved into a new flat and had a virgin media box delivered (details of the flat already listed as being Virgin Media ready) and I’ve just gone to connect to an old NTL socket. There’s only one exposed socket for FM and no socket for TV (read another post about having to connect to TV) so I’ve unscrewed the box to find this, any ideas?

Photo wouldn’t upload, it just shows 1 screw socket under the FM section of the ntl box and no screw socket available for the TV section

Sorry to hear you are having a little issue activating the services.
