Hello! 

I'm looking to get broadband in my flat but all I can find in terms of set up is this old NTL Box. Would I be able to get broadband through this? And would it be a self install or something a technician would have to do?

Welcome to the community, and thank you for considering joining us.
Virgin Media was born from a number of previous cable providers, NTL being one of them and your property should be good go go of listed on our website. However, having said that it could be a very old installation that needs to be updated and I am happy to take a look at this for you. I will send you a private message for the address and I can take a look to see when the last time your property saw service was. This will give you a better idea of whether a Quickstart pack or manned installation would be best.
