Hi, i need an engineer ASAP, the ntl wall box is broken, i received my starter kit but can't even connect it now.. i don't know how to contact virgin media for this as the nunebrs don't work, there's no chat option anymore, so it seems like i got the kit and am stuck with it without even using it. Please help
