Nothing working

NAZEING Essex, but according to VM all is well. This comment will be deleted but screen shot as usual🤣. What a company. Controlling there own comments as you would 🥴.

As well as the “Check Service Status” weblink, there is also a Service Status number 0800 561 0061 which usually tells you of local issues, down to postcode level (that might even not yet be listed on the Service Status web page) that may give you more info of any faults.
Have you called in to report a fault - if so when you do so they test your network connection - did they do that and say they thought it was fine ?
If you called in and they say its ok - have you tested your connection on a device connected directly to the Hub by ethernet cable ?
