Not received upgrade through click and collect

Hi

Order no: ***********

I ordered an upgrade for TV on Wednesday 16 January 2019 and received a confirmation email on Wednesday. It said hopefully it will be delivered to my chosen click and collect place today- Monday 21 January 2019. I received no email or text to update me when it might be delivered. I checked my virgin media account today and it says there are no open orders! Any idea what has happened here?

Snap - non delivery seems to be the in thing right now, Check my thread - Delivery has Failed to show.
