Not received contract

Hi

I have ordered on the 27th for a self install on the 11th April. I still haven't received my contract I need to know ASAP if I am going to receive my order and if I'm going live on the 11th as I am not being paid until I am able to work from home. This waiting is stressing me out as I have to make a living and can't until I get internet.

As I don't have my contract I don't have an account number or area ref so can't set up virgin app to check through that.
