My flat was previously serviced by VM in 2019. It was marked as non-servicable after a fire in the building. Following the reinstatement work, new wiring from flats to cabinet was installed.
I had an engineer attend 3 weeks ago who confirmed the wiring is in place and correct, with the end waiting at the cabinet to be plugged in. He confirmed he had put the paperwork through management and it should be serviceable within 72 hours.
It has been 3 weeks. Sales team say they have never had one take more than a week. Engineer has confirmed paperwork was submitted.
Can anyone shed some light on what might be the delay?
