I am purchasing a new house. I signed up online on the 13/1/2022, with an agreed installation date at our new house of 11/03/2022. With the understanding I could change the delivery date if our moving date got changed.
Our moving date hasnt been confirmed yet, but I can't set up an account to change the delivery date as I haven't received a welcome email or any physical post.
All I have is an order number.
Any help would be much appreciated.
