No welcome email

Hi I ordered the M100 fibre broadband on tuesday and was told I would receive a email shortly with a link to my contract but I still haven’t received anything yet

Have you had any confirmation since you posted?

If not then have you checked your junk or spam folders?

Thank you for confirming that you've checked elsewhere. A delay in receiving your welcome email could be down to a number of things.

 

It could be a case of your email address being invalid, a delay in processing your order, or any restrictions as a result of our credit checks.
