No welcome email/unable to track order

Hi,

I placed an order on the 28th November and received an email containing the order summary, but have not had anything else since then (i.e. welcome email with account information or the contract).

Because I have no account information I am unable to track my order. When should I expect to receive this information?

Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
