I placed an order for broadband (M350) on the 13th January. Got the order confirmation with order number, but never got the welcome email with the contract or anything else. I booked the installation for 8th February.
I phoned and was told nothing can be done as I haven't got an account number to provide... but I never received the welcome email! And now I don't know if the installation is happening on the 8th February as I so desperately need.
Can someone please help?
