No welcome email or package

I placed an order 5/7/22 and was told I would receive welcome email in 48 hours and my self install kit by today. Rang today as have not received either and I am being told they can not find any details of me on the system. My bank confirms the payment has been taken and I have an order number but no account number as have not received any correspondence!
