No welcome email, no record of order

I placed an order on July 1st (2022), and after receiving nothing I called up and there was no record of my order in the system. I signed up again on July 7th, with the expected QuickStart kit delivery date being today (11th). Still heard nothing - no welcome email from VM, nothing from Yodel, just nothing from anyone.

Please can someone help sort this before I go with another company.
