No welcome email, contract, or account number

Hi,

I've recently received and setup the self-install broadband kit (works perfectly), but have not yet received a welcome letter/email or received a copy of my contract. Obviously this means I don't know my account number, so I haven't been able to set up my online account.

Could anyone get in contact and send me these?

Hi there

 

Firstly do you have a Virgin media E mail address if so you can log into my virgin media from the virgin media home page with your e mail password.

Sign in with your My Virgin Media details

Cheers for the tip David, but unfortunately I don't have a Virgin email address. Looks like I still need to get my account number from the welcome email so I can register and create an account.
