I recently applied and received the delivery for a virgin package of tv broadband.
i opted for the self install, however on inspection we don’t have the wall socket to plug the broadband into.
how can I go about changing our self install to having someone come and install it for us?

Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
