No wall socket

Hi, I’ve just received my QuickStart self installation pack, but I don’t have a wall socket as described. How can I book an engineer to install one please?

call cs and book a manned install or wait here for staff to reply. can take up to a week for a reply.

if you were able to order a quick start the house has had services in the past. Is there a Omni box on the outside wall? if there is open it and see if the cable has been cut or follow it into the house
