Received my quick start kit but not wall connection in the house to connect to?!
looks like there was an old ntl box but this has had the wires cut externally and internal element removed when sky tv was fitted so now I am unable to connect my new broadband box! Help!
I wasn’t aware of this when I ordered as was just told that virgin fibre was available at my property
