Hello everyone,
I hope someone can help. I have received the quickstart kit today. I am trying to get it setup but have no wall socket.
I'm in a flat and spoke to the landlord who said the flat is already wired up for virgin media.
We have no wall socket but have this cable.
This wire looks like it needs the end attached to it? Is there anything I can do or will I have to wait for engineer?

if that is indeed the VM cable you need a tech to fit the correct crimped connector and wall box - other than that you could check to see if there are any other cables or wall boxes
