No wall socket in house

Hi all. I need to arrange for an engineer to fit a wall socket as I have just moved into this house and received a quick start kit today, unaware I needed a wall socket. There is a VM phone socket but no wall socket to get my WiFi etc up and running. Can a member of the team contact me to arrange a visit please?
