No virgin media wall socket

I just received my virgin media kit but there is no virgin media wall socket in my house. When I apply for the broadband plan, the checking said my house is eligible. What can I do? Thanks

Either call the pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734, or wait a few days for a member of the forum team to pick this up.

Did you select a self set up or have an option to book an engineer appointment? Usually with new installation they would usually give you the engineer option and then pay a installation fee.

I am self set up. May I know how to book an engineer for checking?

i don’t work for VM I’m just a user giving advice. Hopefully one of the VM admins will pick this up and resolve your issue.
