Call the - Pre-installation and delivery team on.. 0800 052 1734 they should sort you out
In the meantime - do you have the external grey/brown omnibox fitted on your wall. If so trace where the cable from it enters your property through a hole in the wall. Is there nothing situated on the internal wall at that point? Could be a wall box or just the loose cable that can just be connected. If not.... it may have been removed and you will need a Tech install
