No tracking

My self-install kit was due on Saturday and no one knew what happened to the order and it was rescheduled to be delivered by tomorrow. I am getting no updates with regards to the whereabouts of the kit or the correct tracking no. I have tried calling the parcel company Yodel and they don't have anything for my address at all. How hard is it to get a kit delivered? If it is that difficult, let me know where I do go and collect it. It is really getting frustrating now and this is no way to treat a new customer.
