I got a new account and ordered quickstart.
It turns out that the wall socket has been removed, but I can't seem to get an engineer.
When I call the helpline, they can't locate my account or provide any help.
I urgently need some help with this as I'm without internet.

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. Apologies for the delay in response, we have been very busy and doing all we can to get to each community post ASAP.
I'm sorry to hear that you've been having these issues with locating your new account and changing it to a manned install.
