I have recently moved into a new property and the previous owners already had virgin. We have been sent a new virgin tv box and everything worked to begin with however for the last few weeks, my Samsung tv keeps saying check signal cable. I have unplugged everything several times and have reset my hub but it’s still not connecting. I have WiFi connected to my phone.

Hi @BethJ94 

is the error message regarding your Samsung TV or a VM TV set top box?

If it's VM's set top box then there should be an error number and message which we can use to possibly help fix the issue.

Which VM TV set top box do you have? 

The older tivo, the newer V6, and more recent TV360 are shown < here>  They require connecting via a white coaxial cable.   There is also an IP based Stream TV set top box shown on < this page> 

Is the VM TV set top box connected by ethernet cable or wifi?
