Hi,
I signed up for your services in a property previously serviced by VM. I chose my delivery date for a QuickStart package as yesterday 08/06, but the package didn't arrive and I haven't received any emails about the delivery itself, the contract, or anything else. So far, I've only received the "order summary" email, but the confirmed date has passed with no contact.
Could someone let me know what's happening with my sign-up? I can provide the order reference.
