No show of connection team...

Not a good start. 

Expected to be connected today between 8 and 1. Nobody turned up.

Rang up and told it will be tomorrow.

Virgin told me yesterday that someone would definitely call today to install my services. It’s now 12 pm and still no show. 

Really need help with this. My wife is disabled and needs the internet / phone for communication and getting help.

Can someone look in to this urgently.
