I updated my packages and the kit was supposed to be delivered by Yodel but it never turned up. I was meant to receive a text with a 2 hour delivery window and tracking reference. Nothing; no communication or anything...

Yes, the order shows on my virgin media account.
If I click on 'My Orders' in my account it takes me to a page that says "Your self-install pack is scheduled to be delivered on: Friday September 10th between 8am and 6pm". There is an order number if that helps? But I have no tracking number for Yodel.

After speaking to various people on the phone this issue has been sorted. It had nothing to do with bad service or failure to deliver from Yodel.
