Hello,
I phoned Virginmedia a few days ago to book an engineer to move my mastersocket but I have no record of this happening, I received no email or texts, it's not in the mobile apps appointments either.
I'm worried they haven't actually booked my appointment.
Anyone able to help me please?

Hi Lee,
Go on the virgin website and after you login it shows the bookings etc. The virgin app doesn’t show anything for some reason.

I'm sorry to see that you're not able to view the appointment.
I've had a look on the system and can see it has been booked.
The type of booking it has registered as is why you couldn't see it on the app, but I can confirm it is still there.

Thank you, I can see it on the website now, I deleted cookies for virginmedia and that seemed to fix it.
