No power on hub

My broadband was down so I did the usual on/off trick to get it to reboot but instead the power went on the hub and have no lights or anything on there! Assume it’s a fault with the power?!? Is this a known problem and if I go through the ‘pain in the ****’ that is the Philippine customer service, will I get a new hub?!?

If you have the 2ac as per your sig and it has no power - when you call in they will test and see it isnt connected and will just have to send out a new Hub3 for you.
