I have moved from sky to virgin recently.
I was told I could use the easy install (no technician required) to set up our router.
I had assumed it would go through the same cable as our sky broadband did. But the cable is different.
Do I need a technician to come and install a connection point?
If so, this is extremely unhelpful, as I was told me this wouldn't be necessary. My partner also needs internet for working in the house.

Hi you will need an engineer to install, virgin and sky have different types of cables. Regards Micky
