No order confirmation received. Received an email stating a 'Gone Away Form' received.

I ordered virgin broadband 22/05/23 and recieved my pre contract documents etc via email. I then recieved an email on 27/05/23 stating a Gone Away Form was received by virgin and I would get a repsonse in 48 hours (I don't know what this is and I didn't send this letter)

I have had no further communincation from Virgin since then and it has been over 48 hours. I am unsure if I still have an order or when I can expect to recieve my delivery, can you please help?
