So, things aren't working again.

This time however, I can't register for "loss of service" via the service status page. There is no such option there anymore. It used to be there.

It was very convenient - 2 clicks and you're done, and you can get some pennies back. Of course I can still spend 20 minutes waiting to speak to someone on the phone in order to register for loss of service and be eligible for compensation, and spend more than I'll get back, by doing so.

Why is the link not there anymore?

Edit: can't upload a screenshot, it uploads fine but then deletes itself. Great stuff. Basically "We know of an issue in your area" but no "click here to register for loss of service"

Welcome to our Community Forum and sorry to hear that you're unable to report a fault.

Looking at your screenshot, it seems that the fault has already been logged with us and that there is a fix time for 29th May at 3pm.

If you want to make sure that your fault is logged, we can do this via online chat.
