No kit delivery and no contact

Hi, I'm due a delivery to start a contract today, I know it says via Yodel between 8am and 9pm but I've heard nothing. The current supply will end at midnight as my contract at the property is now live ....can anyone advise?

Did your kit ever turn up? I’m expecting a delivery tomorrow that hasn’t been confirmed yet and kinda in the same boat.

When we send it out, Yodel will send you an SMS on the day with a time slot when they will deliver it by.

Did the equipment turn up and if so have you managed to get up and running? Thanks

Yea it ended up being delivered the following day which was not great as I was away until the day after that ...not the best start to a new contract if the chosen courier won't deliver on the stipulated day 🙈
