No internet signal

Hi, I have no internet and I am unable to get through to customer support. I have tried all troubleshooting tips and nothing is working. I am working from home today!

Flashing green and red arrows

Recently had virgin installed. Today the hub decided to flash in and off stopping any internet connection. It’s connected to the WiFi but saying its not connected to the internet. Plus I don’t know my area code to register properly. Postcode is G64 3LU

network down nationally?

seems network is down in Ml2 area also TV down, anywhere else?

My tv signal has been down for the last 30 minutes. Can’t connect online and 150 phone number is not available. 

Looking like a large outage. It will be be interesting to see how well they cope with their customers when they have a big problem. Not impressed at the moment.

If this is affecting the core network it may knock out some of the call centres as well.
